ClosetClear Terms

ClosetClear is a local selling network connecting sellers with local JoyListers. By using ClosetClear, you agree to provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, and use the service only for lawful purposes.

ClosetClear is not a thrift store, consignment shop, or reseller. ClosetClear does not buy items or own inventory.

Sellers submit their own photos and item details, confirm they have the right to sell the items they submit, and remain responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

Sellers stay involved in key sale decisions, including reviewing offers and approving a final sale where applicable.

JoyListers help guide the listing and selling process. This may include helping organize item information, suggesting listing improvements, managing buyer interest, and communicating offer updates.

JoyListers are expected to act professionally, follow ClosetClear guidance, and communicate clearly with sellers and the ClosetClear team.

Listings and item information depend on details provided by sellers and any guidance supplied during the ClosetClear process. Item condition, pricing, availability, and buyer interest can change over time.

ClosetClear may decline, edit, pause, or remove listings or submissions that are incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or inconsistent with the service.

Offers are not guaranteed and may depend on buyer interest, item condition, timing, pricing, local availability, and other factors. Sellers may be asked to review and approve offers before a sale moves forward.

ClosetClear may use fees, payouts, commissions, or other payment structures as the service grows. Payment timing and payment methods may depend on the sale arrangement and any third-party providers used in the future.

ClosetClear does not guarantee that any item will be listed, receive offers, sell by a certain date, or sell for a specific price.

Users may not submit illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, recalled, stolen, restricted, or otherwise prohibited items. ClosetClear may reject or remove any item that appears unsuitable for the service.

ClosetClear may suspend or limit access for users who provide inaccurate information, misuse the service, violate these terms, create safety concerns, or interfere with the ClosetClear community.

ClosetClear provides tools and coordination for a local selling network, but users remain responsible for their own submissions, communications, decisions, and conduct. To the extent allowed by law, ClosetClear is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or unexpected losses related to use of the service.
